I am here, I am human, and I experience depression and anxiety. Personally, I don't like labels much because I see that behind those imposed labels are really interesting people – the kind that give rise to new perspectives and a whole heck of a lot of amazingness in the world. Let's face it, the world wouldn't be the same without neurodiversity!

Over the past year and a half, I made daily paintings, wrote, and did a lot of personal work. As a result, I have decided to share my experience with you through this card set to remind you that you're just human and it's going to be OK. Stick a card on your bathroom mirror and/or share them with friends!
